What are the fees? When and how are they payable?
- The standard fee for each hourly session is £55 unless the concessionary rate applies (see below).
- For advice by telephone sessions, the same standard or concessionary rate applies and fees are payable in advance.
- Each hourly session is a full hour rather than the "therapeutic hour" of 50 minutes.
- Fees are payable at the end of each face to face session by credit/debit card (using chip and pin) or by cash or cheque.
- I also offer a lower concessionary rate of £40. This is available for anyone under age 18, students, people on low income or unemployed and those over state pension age.
- For advice by email, the rate is £35 for each substantive email of advice and fees are payable in advance.
- All CDs and other supporting materials are included in the fees.
- The fee is payable for missed appointments and appointments cancelled on less than 24 hours’ notice.
